The Real Estate Commission will check the report of your background investigation and determine whether you qualify to apply as a real estate agent. In case the report has some issues that require your clarification, the commission will reach out to you for explanations.

Unfortunately, the background check report lasts for only 90 days. Therefore, you must complete your real estate license application within that period.

Otherwise, you may have to repeat the entire process and pay the background checking fees again.
